Day 1

Hi All,

Welcome to my blog.  Here you will follow along my journey for the next year. It will be interesting to see where I can go.  I am resetting today.  I will have weekly goals, which you'll probably find along the sidebar.  I haven't really figured out how I am going to do this yet so bare with me.  I do plan on putting out posts 3 days a week and I am considering a YouTube channel to VLOG my days.  So welcome follow, comment and leave your journey pages below.  Thanks!!

This week challenge is 70 ounces of water Daily.

Breakfast:
Banana
Almonds

Lunch:
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
4 ounces Cubed Orange Chicken
1 cup of Vegetables (mixed)

Dinner:
Smoothie
Salad

It'll get fancier as we go, I promise. LOL!! I just wanted to add some things on it to get me started.
